RM Sotheby’s is set to bookend April 2025 with a truly diverse online-only auction featuring a number of desirable cars from across Europe and the Middle East. Perhaps uncharacteristically, most of the vehicles in the ‘Shift Online’ event which runs from April 23-28 come in at or under the million-dollar mark.
At the pointiest end of the market is a matching pair of limited edition 2024 Aston Martins from the Netherlands – a Valour valued at over €1.5 million and a DBR22 valued over €1.9 million.
A trio of Mercedes-Benzes follow closely behind. A 2006 CLK DTM AMG Cabriolet worth US$500-600k and 2007 SLR McLaren 722 Edition valued at US$600-700k both come from The Mirage Collection in Abu Dhabi which is moving on many vehicles in this sale, with a 1990 190E Evolution II, 1969 280SE Cabriolet, and 1994 500E among the others.

A 2021 AMG GT Black Series in France is also right near the top of the value table at €450-550k. However, the most unusual Merc up for grabs is an oddly styled and surprisingly very collectible 2013 G500 Cabriolet located in Dubai.
Fans of Italian stallions will find plenty to like, with a Dubai-based 1995 Ferrari F512 M the starring Maranello-bred car with a US$400-500k guide price. A 1971 Dino 246 GT by Scaglietti, 1972 365 GTC/4 by Pininfarina, and a 1988 328 GTS at the more reasonable end of the market are among the other Ferrari listings.
Supercars are well represented by a Swiss-located 1993 Jaguar XJ220 with a CHF300-350k guide price and a 2004 Lamborghini Murciélago from Dubai with a US$330-370k valuation.

At the attainable end of the market is a 1975 Merc 450SL in Germany with no reserve price and a mere €15-25k guide. Other attainable Deutsche-based offerings include a 1992 Daimler Double Six (€25-35k with no reserve), 1956 Packard Carribean Hardtop Coupé (€30-40k with no reserve), and 2000 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6.5 Tommi Mäkinen Edition (€50-70k).
Some automotive memorabilia is also on offer, with nothing more desirable than Ayrton Senna’s 1992 McLaren-Honda Shoei helmet. It’s valued between £100-150k, but is offered with no reserve price. Nigel Mansell’s 1992 Canon Williams Arai lid is also offered with no reserve and a £25-50k guide price.
The full list of lots is available on the RM Sotheby’s website with bidding opening tomorrow, April 23.
