The Retro Rides Podcast Episode 18: Shane Jacobson’s MGB, a genuine Rockford Files Firebird, and the sale of Lang Lang Proving Ground

In our latest podcast, we catch up with Aussie actor and funnyman Shane Jacobson ahead of his 1963 MGB going to auction in the latest RR Auctions timed sale.

We also take a look at some of the other flagship cars included in the upcoming auction, including a genuine screen-used Pontiac Firebird driven in The Rockford Files by lead actor James Garner, with a plethora of his memorabilia included in the sale.

Of course, we also chat about the latest news in the performance car world including Ford’s Mustang Dark Horse collaboration with Triple Eight Racing, Alpina’s new V8-powered concept car, and the sale of the Lang Lang Proving Ground that was the longtime home of Holden’s vehicle development.
