Australia Post has released a limited-edition stamp collection featuring four iconic Blue Oval models from the past century to mark the milestone of Ford Australia’s Centenary in 2025.
Designed by Sharon Rodziewicz of the Australia Post Design Studio and accurately rendered by Hughes Motorsport Art, the limited-edition stamp collection features the Model T, XP Falcon, XA Falcon GT, and the FG X Falcon XR8.
Each of the stamps has a face value of $1.70 and feature an image of the hero car, the model names, and a ‘Ford 100 Years’ logo set against a different black and white background.

The Model T was the first Ford to roll off the Geelong assembly line in 1925 and is celebrated for making motoring accessible to the masses.
The XP Falcon made headlines in 1965 while completing a gruelling 70,000-mile (112,000km) nine-day durability track test at Ford’s You Yangs proving ground near Geelong. The XP was also the first Australian car to win the Wheels ‘Car of the Year’ award.
The XA Falcon was the first fully Australian-designed and built Falcon when it launched in 1972. The XA GT became the poster child of 1970s Australian muscle car culture thanks to its back-to-back Bathurst wins in 1973-74. With its thundering 351ci Cleveland V8 engine and segment-defining “coke-bottle” body styling, it remains one of Australia’s most iconic and instantly recognisable models.

The FG X Falcon XR8 provided Falcon’s swansong after more than a half a century on sale, with the final series of V8-powered Falcon to roll off the Broadmeadows assembly line between October 2014 and October 2016.
“As we celebrate Ford Australia’s Centenary, we’re excited to collaborate with Australia Post to commemorate four notable models from the past 100 years. We’re honoured that Ford has found a place in the lives of so many Australians through the decades, and this new collectable stamp range is a keepsake for all fans that bleed blue,” said Andrew Birkic, President and CEO of Ford Australia and New Zealand.
“Ford has been part of everyday life in Australia for a century, so this stamp is a great way to celebrate that legacy. It honours the cars, the people who built them, and the stories they’ve created across the country,” said Josh Bannister, Australia Post Executive General Manager Retail, Brand and Marketing.
