33 astounding Ferraris up for grabs in Swiss supercar auction

An utterly incredible array of Ferraris is set to go under the hammer this week in a truly glitzy auction in Switzerland, with most of them even offered with no reserve.

The sale handled by RM Sotheby’s has been dubbed ‘The Tailored for Speed Collection’, and that name truly paints the picture.

Containing 42 cars produced between 1968 and 2025, of which 33 bear the fabled prancing horse, there’s something for every supercar fan from relatively attainable modern classics through to multi-million-dollar hypercars.

On the more affordable end of the spectrum you’ll find the likes of a 2000 Ferrari 360 Modena and 2004 360 Spider. However, a pair of ’80s 2+2 GT cars in the form of a 1980 400i and 1987 412, both valued between CHF 50,000-60,000 (A$94,535-113,442), sit as the most affordable of the lots.

At the other end of the spectrum, a 1998 Ferrari 333 SP sits atop the value charts with an estimated value of CHF 4.5-5.5 million (A$8.5-10.4 million). Perhaps unsurprisingly, it’s also one of the 17 cars with a reserve price set.

Also at that end of the market you’ll find a 1989 F40, 2014 LaFerrari, 2017 LaFerrari Aperta, and 2021 Monza SP1.

Some track-only specials in the form of the 2008 FXX Evo, 2012 599XX Evo, and 2016 FXX-K Evo are also valued in the multiple millions.

However, nine other vehicles in the sale weren’t produced in Maranello, with a 2021 Pagani Huayra Roadster BC the highest-valued at CHF 3.2-3.5 million (A$6.05-6.62 million).

That car is one of three Horacio Pagani creations, with a 2022 Huayra R (price) and the latest 2024 Utopia (price) the others.

Unsurprisingly, the sole Bugatti in the sale, a 2024 Chiron Super Sport, is also right near the top of the value list at CHF 3.0-3.5 million (A$5.67-6.62 million).

Two Lambos earn a place in the brochure, with a 2021 Sián FKP 37 the pricier at CHF 1.7-2.0 million (A$3.21-3.78 million), while a more recent 2024 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica 60th Anniversary also features.

Set to take place at The Dolder Grand Hotel in Zürich, Switzerland, this amazing array of cars will be going under the hammer this Saturday, October 11, from 9:00am to 3:00pm (CEST).

This isn’t the only upcoming sale to be held at The Dolder Grand, either, with Broad Arrow’s first Zürich sale to be held there on November 1, headlined by a 1956 Jaguar D-Type once owned by an Aussie Formula One driver.
